CalendarTunnel is operated by Zoldytech. By using CalendarTunnel, you agree to these terms and Zoldytech's general terms at zoldytech.com/terms-of-service.

Service Description

CalendarTunnel synchronizes calendar availability across multiple providers (Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoho Calendar) by creating mirror busy-block events. The service is designed to prevent double bookings for professionals managing multiple calendars.

Account & Access

  • You must create an account via Clerk authentication to use the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may connect calendar accounts that you own or have authorization to manage.
  • Each calendar email may only be connected by one CalendarTunnel user at a time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Connect calendars belonging to other people without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the service to access or exfiltrate calendar data for unauthorized purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

Calendar Data

CalendarTunnel creates mirror events ("CalBooked" or custom-titled busy blocks) on your connected calendars. You can configure what information is mirrored (title, description, location) per account and per destination. Mirror events are marked with internal identifiers so the system can manage them. Deleting a mirror event manually may cause it to be recreated on the next sync cycle.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZOLDYTECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR DATA WILL NOT BE LOST OR DAMAGED. Calendar provider API changes, rate limits, outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect sync quality at any time.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM ZOLDYTECH OR THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOLDYTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, MISSED MEETINGS, DOUBLE BOOKINGS, CALENDAR DATA INCONSISTENCIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ZOLDYTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZOLDYTECH'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZOLDYTECH FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN EUROS (€10).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoldytech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including calendar provider terms of service; or (d) any content or data you transmit through the service.

Force Majeure

Zoldytech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, calendar provider outages or API changes, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event.

Refunds

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Charges will not be refunded for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or account inactivity, except where required by applicable law. See our Billing & Charges for details.

Termination

You may disconnect all calendars and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, all mirror events will be removed from your calendars (best-effort) and all stored data will be deleted. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
