Which calendars are supported?

Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook (Microsoft 365 and personal accounts), and Zoho Calendar. More providers are on the roadmap.

How quickly do changes sync?

For Google and Outlook, changes typically appear within a minute or two. iCloud and Zoho sync every 5–10 minutes.

Will my colleagues see my personal events?

Only if you choose. By default, events sync as 'busy'. No titles, notes, or details are shared.

What happens when I delete an event?

CalendarTunnel detects the deletion and removes the corresponding copy from your other calendars automatically.

Is my calendar data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard OAuth. We never see your passwords. You can disconnect at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — when you choose a plan you get a 7-day free trial with that plan's limits. A payment method is required; you're charged after the trial unless you cancel.

Can I sync more than 2 calendars?

Yes. Starter supports up to 3, Growth up to 5, and Pro up to 8.
