Automatic Charges

All CalendarTunnel subscriptions involve recurring fees. Your subscription is billed at the start of each billing period and renews automatically until cancelled.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. On each renewal date, we automatically charge the then-current rate plus applicable taxes.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront for a one (1) year period. On your annual renewal date, your subscription automatically renews for another year at the then-current rate unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, account inactivity, downgrades, or cancellation during an active subscription term. Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law (e.g., EU/Turkey 14-day cooling-off period for initial purchases), or in case of a verified duplicate charge caused by our billing system. If you reside in the EU or Turkey, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact [email protected] with your country of residence.
